SRG Housing Finance Ltd., a Udaipur, Rajasthan based company, which was incorporated in 1999, is coming out with an IPO on August 22, 2012, to be listed in BSE SME exchange. SRGHFL is engaged in the business for providing housing loan as 1. Housing Loans and 2. Loans against Property.

The company having 1 Head office & 3 satellite offices located in Rajasthan and planning to open another  satellite centers which are to cater Tier 2 cities, Tier 3 cities, District and Tehsil head quarters and at the peripheries of Tier 1 cities. For this purpose of expansion, the funds are being raised.
