IPO: VKS Projects Ltd.

VKS Projects Ltd., established in 1998,  is coming out with  an IPO on June 29, 2012 for collection of Rs. 55 Crore for working capital & construction equipments, Engineering Design Studio in Ahmedabad , Chennai, Cochin, Delhi and Hyderabad.

VKSPL, a  Navi Mumbai based Company is engaged in the business of undertaking EPC Contracts of CS/SS/Alloy Steel Turnkey Piping, Industrial / Commercial Infra Projects, Civil Land Development, Structural Fabrication and Erection of Equipments, Fire Fighting Projects etc.

The company also undertakes Commissioning of Chemical Plants for various industries, such as Chemicals, Dyestuff,  Metallurgy,  Oil and Gas (on-shore and off-shore), Petrochemicals, Pharma & Bulk Drugs, Power and Textiles, Refinery etc.

• Issue Size: Rs. 55.00 Crore
• Face Value: Rs. 10 per Share
• Issue Price: Rs.55/-  to Rs. 60/- Per Equity Share
